Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings, credit purchases, and Libra Club memberships made through the LIBRA Studio website. The provider is Libra 3 Frank, Alemannenstrasse 19, 4106 Therwil (see Imprint).

1. Account and minimum age
You can book classes with an account or as a guest by card. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for bookings made through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account and make bookings. From age 16, participation is possible with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian; contact info@libra-studio.ch to arrange this.
2. Booking
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed through your account with credits or via Stripe Checkout; only then is your spot reserved. Fully booked classes cannot be booked. Classes generally open for booking 14 days in advance, earlier for Libra Club members; the exact time is shown on each class.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final; LIBRA Studio is not subject to VAT. Single classes can be paid directly by card or with credits. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Promotions and discount codes apply only to bookings where they are active or entered at the time of booking; they cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Credits
Credits are the balance on your account (1 credit = CHF 1); packages include bonus credits. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. If you buy more credits within that time, your entire balance takes on the validity of the latest purchase. As an active Libra Club member your credits do not expire; when your membership ends, they remain valid for 12 months from their next use. Expired credits are forfeited. Credits are tied to your account, non-transferable, and cannot be paid out.
5. Cancellation by you
You can cancel a booking in your account or via the link in your confirmation email as long as the class has not started. If you cancel at least 12 hours before the class (at least 8 hours as a Libra Club member), your credits are returned or, for card payments, the amount is refunded automatically via Stripe. For later cancellations or no-shows the class counts as taken and is not refunded. The same applies to a bring-a-friend voucher.
6. Cancellation or changes by the studio
If we have to cancel a class, we notify you by email and refund your credits or the amount paid in full, regardless of timing. A change of trainer is possible and does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Libra Club
Libra Club is an annual membership at the price shown on the website. It runs for 12 months and renews automatically for another 12 months unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time in your account; the membership then continues until the end of the paid term, with no pro-rata refund. The benefits (booking 4 instead of 2 weeks ahead, refunds up to 8 instead of 12 hours before the class, credits that do not expire, access to the exclusive packages, one free guest per membership year) are described on the Libra Club page. Gifted memberships end after their term without automatic renewal; you can join Libra Club at any time afterwards.
8. Participation and health
Participation requires that you are physically able to take part; in case of health issues, injuries, or pregnancy, please check with a doctor first. The health questionnaire is optional and helps us look after you safely. Our trainers may adapt exercises or refuse participation for safety reasons. Please arrive on time and be considerate of other participants; the studio house rules apply in addition.
9. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for valuables brought to the studio.
10. Account deletion
You can delete your account yourself at any time. Open bookings are cancelled; unused credits are forfeited on deletion. We point this out before you delete, so you can use up your balance first. An active Libra Club membership ends with the deletion, without a pro-rata refund. We retain booking and payment records after deletion for as long as the law requires (see Privacy Policy).

How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from its publication on this page to new bookings, purchases, and renewals.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Therwil (Basel-Landschaft); mandatory statutory venues, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
